Emme Evolution, the company that owns the Pregiò Couture brand, is based in Martina Franca and was founded in the late 1990s with a clear business philosophy: specializing in padded outerwear, specifically parkas and down jackets.

From the Itria Valley, the land of trulli and olive groves lined with dry-stone walls, to the prestigious salons of Paris, Milan, Moscow, Poznan, Madrid, and Düsseldorf, and the pages of the most widely read women’s magazines, it took a lot of effort for a small family-run business to become an internationally recognized brand.

Alongside the now renowned quality of its garments, Emme Evolution has established an efficient commercial network, organized into two divisions: one manages distribution to around 1,500 boutiques in Italy and abroad, relying on the collaboration of agents throughout Europe; the other oversees the development of tailored collections for Italian total look companies that have chosen to include sophisticated and unique down jackets and parkas in their collections.

What initially seemed like a bold project—proposing feminine and refined down jackets and parkas in the perfect Italian style—has proven to be a winning intuition. Year after year, revenue has increased, and many buyers have become loyal customers, convinced by Pregiò Couture’s original design, high-quality fabrics, and meticulous attention to detail.
